Elle has been working as a digital marketing consultant, social media manager and publicist for over 6 years. After graduating from the University of California, Irvine in 2018, she founded ELM Creative, Inc., a boutique digital marketing agency that caters to brands and individuals seeking unique, carefully curated digital marketing strategies, while also offering a wide variety of digital marketing services.
Elle is the Creative Director for all of ELM Creative’s projects, working closely with her clients and guiding her team.
Her degree in Studio Art (with a focus on Photography) and her Minor in Filmmaking make her uniquely qualified to create quality content in-house.
CODY SIMPSON | Dir. Operations |
With a background in sales consulting and business administration, and with his editing and proofreading skills, Cody serves as both ELM Creative’s own Director of Operations and a project manager for our clients.
He not only keeps ELM Creative organized and running smoothly, but he also uses his years of sales experience to help our clients with their own sales areas.

With a background in Information Science and a focus on UX design and cybersecurity, Mitchell is passionate about creating secure, user-centered digital experiences.
His expertise spans web development, AI platform development, and secure coding, ensuring that every project balances innovation with compliance.
From Python and JavaScript to React and Tailwind CSS, Mitchell blends technical proficiency with creative problem-solving. Whether it’s designing seamless user experiences or managing web content, he brings both analytical thinking and adaptability to every challenge.
MONA COUSSY
This bilingual fashionista is in charge of community management for our clients. She is a pro at finding your ideal audience and communicating authentically in your brand’s voice.
Based in France, Mona also takes care of our international clients and is dedicated to making the ELM Creative client experience one of a kind across different time zones.

Her degree in marketing and communication, from the University of Massachusetts, has made her uniquely qualified to develop dynamic, creative marketing strategies including 360 campaigns, SEO, influencer/affiliate programs, and more.
